How to create docker network on Eclipse Docker Tools? [message #1809496]

Hello, I am using eclipse docker tools. And I try to create the docker network on eclipse docker tools perspective with below the command line,

# docker network create my-network
# docker run -d --network=my-network --name=test

How can I create network on docker tools perspective on eclipse?
Any idea, please.

Looking at https://www.eclipse.org/linuxtools/projectPages/docker/ and then at https://www.eclipse.org/linuxtools/contact.php didn't help directly find their forum, but I googled for it and found https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=thread&frm_id=60 which would be the best place to ask.
