Where are the color preferences for mylyn? [message #1807518]

I am using the Eclipse dark theme. In the Java package explorer I wan't to adjust the colors mylyn applies to file names. Some of the colors are too dark and blend in to the background too much. Where are the color preferences for mylyn? They don't appear to be in the preferences/mylyn section. Does mylyn just use the colors from preferences/general/appearance/colors and fonts?
