A recent employer insisted that their shop remain on Europa. I should have
heeded his warning. i've had an issue in Ganymede for over a week which no
one can solve, which I never had in Europa, and now am forced to revert
back. I doubt I will upgrade again until new releases are out for at least
a year, if not longer.
In console view, often, my console doesn't print output -- in fact, it
remains a blank, unresponsive textarea. I know the 6th button from the
left is what I must make certain is depressed in order for the console to
output, but often, when I go to run a project in debug mode, that set of
buttons doesn;t even show in console view.
So I am going to bite the bullet, revert everything back to Europa, and
forget Ganymede. This one really doesn't cut it I fear. -JannaB

Have you reported it? Is there some way someone else might be able to
reproduce it?

Ganymede is being used by millions of people for close to a year. There
will be no more regular maintenance builds for it, so waiting longer
will make no difference. Testing sooner and reporting bugs is the only way.

Seems like a major over generalization...

You are unlikely to ever see any happiness if you wait that long;
Eclipse releases a new version each year.
I agree with Ed's comments that you should be reporting bugs if they are
reproducible. It is only through bug reports that problems can be fixed
in a service release (eg, 3.4.1 or 3.4.2 were service releases).
Can you post a screen shot of your workbench when you've encountered a
Console view like you describe? I suspect
