We have a Multi select Combo in NAT table, Similarly I need to provide a way to allow user to enter multiple values to a Text Cell editor (Array of string without LOV) in NAT table, Is it feasible ?

If you implement your own editor with your rules on how to interpret multiple values in a single string, sure.
