Eclipse CDT - getchar/scanf problem 2019-03 IDE [message #1805011]

Hello guys i have a problem in Eclipse CDT 2019-03 that when i use getchar or scanf the program won't work properly or even not work at all sometimes i get access denied message i've tried
setbuf(stdout, NULL); and other codes to remove the buffering but it only fixed
it sometimes, the scanf and gerchar worked just fine on other IDE i use GCC for both of them :( i don't understand what is happening.
