After installing swt, window builder etc. in Eclipse Java 2019, I made a new swing project and a new application window (I even tried doing this with the JFrame window). After which the basic source code was generated, it even makes a window when it is run. However, when I open the design tab, the window is pallets are empty, there is no preview etc. *My eclipse did crash when I was installing the stuff... Could that be the issue?*

Please Help!

There may be some information in the workspace log file. The file name is ".log" and it is located in the ".metadata" subdirectory of your workspace directory. Also, perhaps you could post a screen capture of your Eclipse WindowBuilder showing what you described in your post.
