Hello,

I want to generate a UML file, and as far as I know, the only way possible is through the ecore model.

Anyone know or have a tip on how to do it?
Or maybe do you know other ways to generate a UML file?

Thanks :D

Hi

If you want to generate a UML file then generate it. Eclipse Modeling provides a UML model with EMF APIs that can be used by Model Transformation/Generation tools.

If you already have an Ecore model then Googling "Eclipse Ecore to UML" will offer you (only sixth hit) https://www.eclipsezone.com/eclipse/forums/t58698.html (Earlier hits are for UML-like Ecore diagrams).
