I have just installed latest eclipse from ftp.osuosl.org/pub/eclipse/oomph/epp/2018-12/R/eclipse-inst-linux64.tar.gz

After installing for RCP developer, with the installer, when I open my RCP project none of the plugins are found. {eclipse home} seems to be pointing to the launcher but it only has the launcher jar the rest of eclipse seems to live in "~.p2/pool/plugins/...". As a result all my dependencies in my project are not found.
