MouseMove-Event moves to wrong point (one pixel off) (Windows 10?) [message #1801366] Thu, 17 January 2019 10:01

Hi,

when moving the Mouse with an event (MouseMove) the cursor is not reliably set to the expected position. Sometimes it is one pixel off.

I've attached a small demo. The crazy thing is, the offset changes after you move the Shell!

I noticed this bahavior after the last Windows 10 Update. I can't reproduce it with Windows 7. (Tested with swt 4.6.1)

It is especially a problem for GUI Testing Frameworks like abbot. When moving the Mouse it expects the Cursor to be set on the exact pixel, which might never happen.

Is this a known issue? Any chance for a fix?
