Version: Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a)
Build id: 20180405-1200
Oracle JDK8 on Windows 10

The workspace is freshly created with Oxgen.3a, the only extra plugin I have is FileSync. Yet I see this following error in Eclipse .log file.

Hi

I think the EF servers went through a bad patch this afternoon ...

You problems with Tomcat and WEbTools are obvioisly different to mine with Modeling Tools ...

But I have had suspicions that much too much is being rebuilt / refreshed / pro-actively computed which for you could result in significant redundant traffic / handling. You might be able to instrument the traffic with e.g. Wireshark to demonstrate the redundancy.
