Hi,

Could any one let me know how to merge the rows with same data under a column into one row. I have tried suppress duplicates option but still the rows are remaining even though the duplicates under a column are removed. But this is not the feasible solution that I want . Could you please look at the screenshots that I got and what I want exactly and help me out with that.

Thanks,
Arun

Hi Arun,

Did you manage to solve this problem? If so, what did you do?

Try Using a crosstab report. You would need to build a data cube first. Not sure if you would still be able to keep your column order but you would get the merge you want.
