Launch failed - binary not found (again!) [message #1798406]

If I open the 'Debug configurations' and hit the 'Debug' button, it runs fine but if I select Debug as -> Local C/C++ application it says 'Launch failed - Binary not found'. No info in the console.

Any ideas?
