I have previously installed WebSphere Application Server 9.0 on my Windows 10 PC from IBM. When I try to install the WebSphere Application Server V9.x Developer Tools (WAS dev tools V9.x) in Eclipse it fails due to the fact that it cannot download a jar from the IBM servers (screenshot attached). I would attach the actual links to the jar, but this forum does not allow me to, so you'll just have to see it in the screenshot hopefully.
As the WAS dev tools V9.x states that it is only compatible with Eclipse Photon, Oxygen and 2018-09 versions, I tried installing it from the Eclipse Marketplace in all those versions, always the same error.
I even tried installing WAS dev tools V8.5x, still the same problem. Even if I try downloading the jar manually, it can not complete the download due to a server error. My supervisor has tried installing the plugin on Windows 7 as well, still the same issue for all compatible Eclipse versions.
I assume there must be something wrong with the jar or location of the jar on the server side. Can you fix it so we can install WAS dev tools and link Eclipse to my local WAS?
