Is there a way to access report output values using JavaScript / any other way?

As in attached screen, when user clicks on Adjust button (html button generated using textarea) on report screen, I need to access value of each row inside a particular column ("Planned total cost"), multiply it with user input value (html input text box generated using textarea).
Then append the result to the next column "New planned cost"

Could anyone help on this pls???
