Job Description:
The Salesforce developer is responsible for taking charge of a team of developers dedicated to the Salesforce tool for IBM Canada and North America customers.
Main role and responsibilities:
• Manage the technical development and evolution of the CRM tool, as well as its integration with various other data sources and tools
• Configure systems according to the needs of the company, as well as programming, testing, piloting, and promoting the CRM tool to achieve high adoption rates
• Help manage the CRM tool and ensure that it meets the needs of the business
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders within IBM - CIC to ensure the successful launch and adoption of CRM
• Supervise and manage multiple data warehouses and data feeds
