There is a (dangerous) option to "Always save source " before "Run" of selected configuration.
Reason I am saying dangerous - I have asked aeons ago HOW to disable such option / go back to NOT automatically save changes , and never got an answer.
The dialogue disappears AFTER the automation is implemented , as it should.
The option DOES NOT implement automatic build , it saves source BEFORE "Run"!
Therefore I am reluctant to implement the option.
However, it would be convenient to rebuild the source before "Run".
What I have to do now is to File ->Save All , Build project, and then "Refresh" before I can "Run as ...".
Ideally selecting "Run as..." after changes are made to source file(s) would BE NICE.
Of course all this is on C++ using Oxygen #3
