ok, I AM POSTING THIS VERY RELUCTANTLY.
Could someone form Eclipse foundation please EXPLAIN what is going on with Eclipse foundation naming conventions?

What 's with "Eclipse IDE xxxx-xx"
Date tells nothing ! ( IDE for BASIC ?)

So does "we have RECENTLY introduced "installer"...

Where is "Oxygen" ??
What is with all these "projects?" and no "Oxygen"?

And if the reply is " what do you expect for free..." - don't bother.
