Switch perspective open Welcome page [message #334856]

Hy,
I have 5 perspectives in my RCP, and I have a "Welcome Page", which
contains a link to open my perspectives. And when I select a link, it open
the perspective and the Welcome page is restored. But sometime when I
switch between the perspective, the "Welcome page" is maximised, and I
don't understand why.
I check my perspective listener and I don't find where the "Welcome page"
is opened.

Somebody can help me about my problem?
