Hello

I am looking for a suitable serial port library which can read the received values inside the buffer not just counting them . I am fairly new with C++ programming and using eclipse for c++ .oxygen 3 on Windows operating system.
I have found some libraries which need cmake and other complicated stuff which i have never heard about them before.
Could anyone help?
