hi,
Just started with eclipse, and absolutely new to Java. Using v.11 on W7 with E2018.

Although (being a Java virgin) I like the code completion 'proposals' at the moment, what I don't want to see is the light-yellow popup that explains what a given line does. When combined with the proposals list, this additional popup obscures half the window! I have enclosed a quick screen capture to explain what I mean.
