I have recently downloaded Eclipse 2018-09 and have tried, multiple times in multiple different ways (e.g. downloading from the marketplace, installing directly from the repository, etc.) to install either Subclipse or Subversive. The installation completes with no errors, but after Eclipse restarts, I have no SVN options anywhere (Importing a new project, showing the SVN view, etc.).

Anyone else experience this and have a fix?
