Do you mean
Window --> Preferences --> General --> Workspace --> Window title?

If so, I tried it in Oxygen and it works for me.
Version: Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a)
Build id: 20180405-1200
index.php/fa/34125/0/
Can you be more specific?
What isn't working?
What OS are you using? I'm running Linux Fedora 4.18.13-200.fc28.x86_64

OK , OF missed the General step , but can you read my post title?
I see no point you telling and showing me (!) it works for you, as it should , and I am happy it does.

You have a valid point asking for OS , so here it is.

Running Ubuntu 16.04 - new fresh install.

I had no problem displaying the workspace with my older Oxygen ( March 2018). Eclipse.

You post was vague and appeared to be: I can't get window titles to work.

I wanted to be sure we were talking about the same dialog so I showed it to you.
I believe it is also from the same Eclipse version.
Seems the answer is: yes.
Glad it brought you some happiness.

The answer to my question: can you be more specific? seems to be no.
Clearly something is different between our installations but you seem unwilling to help find it.

I was under the impression you would like to resolve the issue.
My mistake; I won't repeat it.

You can try submitting a bug report but I suspect you will get a similar response.

I spent all day yesterday to try to recover my app.
I have been semi-successful as long as I use the original workspace when I first installed Eclipse Oxygen.

At one point I opened three windows and on reboot I got brief flash of workspace title bar on all of them.
Then it went back to normal status bar.
I recall when I first stated using Eclipse the workspace status was always there with the standard status bar.

I even tried Eclipse IDE did not work ether.
I guess it is my problem, as always.

No, I cannot report bug . I get an error message and cannot complete the process.
Or I get a smart remark from this forum - "what do you want for free? "

SOLVED
Dummy forgot to check freshly installed OS - there are four options of various combinations to have BOTH workspace and Eclipse menu displayed.
