Hi,

the Eclipse eTrice project comes with diagram editors for structure and state machines.
For the documentation we would like to provide high quality graphics.
We've tried both, making screenshots from zoomed diagrams and export with a scale factor of 4. In both cases the quality is poor.
Is there a way to improve this?

Hi Henrik,

unfortunately not that easily. We have a couple of those issues, they are basically all related to known "off-by-one" rounding problems related to GEF 3. Some of them appear only for zooming (as in your case) some are already visible in 100% view. For details you might check the dependencies of umbrella bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=442483.

To overcome these issues Graphiti needs to be ported to GEF 4, which is out of scope due to missing capacity.

Sorry to have no better news here.
