Hi,

I am trying to use table navigation under table description so that when I click row element in a table I can able to navigate to its child table(by right click/double click). In mappings I gave row element and in table description the table name which I get after navigation.

But i don't know why it is not working. Can anyone help me how can I navigate from one table to other?

Hi Prajna,

Did you look at this post : https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1078460/

Note that the mappings allows to specify on which element the menu should be available and the description combo allows you to indicates which kind of table are targeted by the tool. Then even if there is no model operation in the tool, Sirius will commpute the menu and displays the tables which exists on the semantic element of the selected row/line/column (regarding the chosen mapping) and whose description is selected in the tool.

where I gave the mapping- line name
and table navigation to target(existing table )- cross table

I am not getting what I gave wrong here.

Hi Maxime,

New Table creation I tried and that is working and table navigation also in some condition it works for my model. When I gave browse expression var:container in the advanced tab it is working in my model.
But in basic family it did not work.

Even though I got the solution for my model still not clear with the usage of that!!..
