Installation failed with an error [message #1795688]

I have been trying to download Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 1.8.0_102-b14 on Windows 10. At the very end of installation it tells me the installation failed with an error, and to check the log. I have attached the log below. I would greatly appreciate anyone who could help me figure out what is wrong. I tried going into properties and checking for blocks, as well as running program compatibility, but it did nothing. Thanks!

Your log has a line, java.version=9-ea, that makes it look like you're using a not-final release of Java 9. Please update to a proper release or uninstall prerelease versions and try it again.
