Hi,
Sirius 6.0.2 is now available. This is a service release with a single fix for an important issue that appears when using Sirius (all versions) with Eclipse SimRel 2018-09 or later under Windows:
Bug 539333 - Model Explorer view can not be instanciated: ClassCastException in FillLayout.flushCache
To be clear, this affects all versions of Sirius prior to 6.0.2, but only when used with the just released SimRel 2018-09 and under Windows. The symptom is that the Model Explorer view fails to initialize (see this screenshot).
Note that the latest version of the Eclipse Modeling package is affected, as it includes parts of Sirius and starts in the Modeling perspective where the Model Explorer view is visible. If you are using this package, explicitly installing the new 6.0.2 inside of it will fix the issue.
The latest Obeo Designer CE announced last week is not affected, as it is based on Eclipse Photon which does not trigger the bug.
