Contributing how-to articles to the Eclipse platform. How? [message #334666]

Hi,

I used to see a link on eclipse.org/articles on how to submit articles.
But, wow, Eclipse.org has done a lot of re-org on the pages, and I
can't seem to find the link. Would someone please point me to the link,
so that I can use the proper template as well as guidelines to submit an
article to Eclipse.org?
