Photon upgrade: Errors exist in the active configuration [message #1794718]

I installed Eclipse Photon and when I do a build to debug on my project I get the "Errors exist in the active configuration" even though the build completed with no errors or warnings.

I have checked my paths in the project and can not find any errors.

I went through all debug/log console windows and found:

[2018-09-05 07:21:47.937] [renderer1] [error] Cannot find method: $progressServiceStartProgress
[2018-09-05 07:21:49.280] [renderer1] [error] Cannot find method: $progressServiceStartProgress
[2018-09-05 07:21:50.329] [renderer1] [error] Cannot find method: $progressServiceProgressEnd
[2018-09-05 07:22:09.294] [renderer1] [error] Cannot find method: $progressServiceProgressEnd

Could this be the reason for the warning dialog and if so how can I resolve this error?

I am still looking to answer as to why Photon thinks the project has errors if anyone knows.
