Hello,

I have my specific preferences exported from my previous workspace.
So, is there any plugin or tool which will automatically import that preference file whenever I create a new workspace?

Please help me if there is an alternate solution to this problem. I don't want to manually import the preference file everytime.

Oomph can do that.

https://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_Oomph_Authoring

You can open your user.setup (Navigate -> Open Setup -> User), and use the toolbar to Import Preferences toolbar button to convert your *.prefs file to Preference tasks that will automatically be applied to every workspace you open. In the future, you can just record preference (little button at the bottom of the preferences dialog).
