index.php/fa/33681/0/i launched eclipse from my hotbar
and it shows an error.
i clicked ok and it shows a longer one. files are in the attachments.
so i tryed installing eclipse photon
to no avail.
the same error shows

The -vm argument looks questionable. In your eclipse.ini, I think it ought to look more like this:
-vm
C:/Program Files/Java/jdk1.8.0_121/jre/bin
Did you really install a 32 bit version because the Java library looks like a 32 bit one and you likely want a 64 bit version so should install a 64 bit JDK or JRE which would end up in C:/Program Files/ not C:/Program Files (x86)/...
