Background
----------------
** Birt v4.8
** Postgres backend db
** Dataset resultset = 384500 rows
** Dataset set to a crosstab
** In design mode, set dataset "Row Fetch Size" = 10,000
** eclispe.ini file set =
-Xms512m
-Xmx1024m
** Tested on local machine (db + birt installed on same machine)

Problem
----------
** Error after 13 mins of trying to display the report, this error appears : Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space (full description attached)

Question
-------------
1/ What are the recommended configuration to set for a dataset resultset like mine
2/ Is birt able to display 300,000 + rows in a report?
