CLOB having huge data as String if failing in export [message #1790880]

Hi,

I am new to this forum.
I am facing issue while exporting a BIRT report in to PDF when the string value is huge, it is having millions of lines, i ended up cancelling the download of PDF, as it crashed the Sever.
Could you please help how can i get this huge data exported in to PDF in less time, is there any way to store the whole data as a Image and display.
Any help regarding this is appreciated.
