Steps followed -
1. Download the file : Papyrus-RT-Installer-win64.exe
2. Run as admin and select 'Papyrus-RT'
3. choose appropriate configurations and install

Installation failed with Error -

It seems that the required version of the Papyrus SDK (3.0) may have been removed from its update site or may be temporarily unavailable. You can try the installer again later. If it still fails, you'll have to install it with the RCP instead [1].

Thank you.
I am currently using the RCP version for windows.
But I am getting issues similar to the ones described in discussion [1] and therefore wanted to try with the Papyrus-RT Installer (as this seemed to have resolve it)
