Came across the Sphinx plugins which can be used to work an Autosar file.

How much is Sphinx plugins dependant on Eclipse and EMF ?

Can the Eclipse and EMF related plugins be removed from Sphinx plugins and made independent of it.

Background : Wanted to work on Autosar Files in a non-eclipse environment. So can sphinx be made to work without Eclipse or EMF ?
