How to create tagged PDF in BIRT [message #1787360]

We are using birt 4.4.2 to generate pdf reports with default pdfemitter. We need to convert them to tagged pdfs for accessibility compliance.
Does any latest version of BIRT support tagging?
I am a beginner in BIRT, Please suggest.
