I see this error while trying to setup my own target platform instead of using the IDE.

An error occurred while installing the items
session context was:(profile=epp.package.jee, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]epp.package.jee.executable.cocoa.macosx.x86_64 4.5.2.20160218-0600, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.natives.actions.ChmodAction).
The action chmod failed - file /opt/eclipse/../MacOS/eclipse does not exist

Are there any alternative ways to fix this problem? Somebody please help.
