For the p2 teams information

I inadvertantly entered an invalid URL http://localhost:8080/xxxx in the
manage sites part of the p2 UI. I have no server running on port 8080 on
that machine (which is running Windows Server 2003 ). When I try and
search for new software p2 throws a NullPointerException and I cannot do
anything else. Thus my p2 config is broken. I solved the problem by
running up an HTTP server ( Tomcat ) on 8080 and even though the URL was
still invalid everything worked enough that I could remove the rogue
update site URL
