Strange problem with an ant task which is supposed to compile and build.
However, the "Launchin <project name> (x%)" message keep showing on the
right hand corner every time it is run, which seems like Eclipse is
cleaning the build folder and starts to compile the whole project, which
is not necessary cuz the ant task itself is supposed to do it instead of
Eclipse. And it turns out it is, when the red stop button is clicked the
build folder is found to be empty or have some classes compiled.

Checked the following:
1. "Build before launch" is not checked.
2. Build automatically is turned off.

It happens on Ganymede. The same build.xml, and same set of project on
another machine with Europa is fine. On Europa the task will start
immediately (without Eclipse doing the build).

Any thoughts/ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm experiencing this ever since I've switched to using Ganymede,
too. Are you aware of any relevant bug reports filled?
