downloaded eclipse ide for c++ but it shows this. WHat should i do? I am running windows 7 32 bit.

My suggestion would be to go through the Before you Begin section of the C/C++ Development User Guide in the Help documentation provided by Eclipse. That describes how to setup your system to be able to do C/C++ development. For future questions you should post to the CDT Forum.
