I just started the latest Eclipse PDT and got this error after creating a project:

I've attached a screenshot in case the forum won't let me insert an image yet.

All I did before that was unzip the eclipse folder from eclipse-php-oxygen-2-win32-x86_64.zip to filepath "C:\Users\[my_username]\Development\Editors\Eclipse\PDT", ran eclipse.exe, then changed the default workspace folder to a new folder under PDT named Projects.

It's probably better to ask on the PDT forum: https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/85/

You think this only happens with the PDT?

Given the message talks about modifying an "include path" and that Java has not such thing, I imagine yes. Perhaps there will be more clues in the Error Log view, i.e., a stack trace that shows the names of the bundles involved.
