how to change colour of selected by mouse a piece of code ??
becouse its looks unreadable now.

Use Window -> Preference and type "color" in the filter. It looks like probably this is the CDT editor, and CDT probably has its own "Editor -> Syntax Coloring" in the C/C++ "group" for such colors, although it may still use stuff from the "General" group.
