As described..

I have old entries from non existing projects and want to remove them all.

I tried already:

* searched for a solution online (Nothing found)
* Project > Clean... > Clean all projects > Clean.
* Run > Run Configurations... > (select all run configurations) > Delete selected launch configuration(s) > Yes > Close.
* File > Exit. (Restart Eclipse)
* (Restart Computer)

U can see in the picture that there is still entries like "MyDouble" from projects who doesn't exist.
