Import Diagram in another Viewpoint in Same .Odesign file. [message #1775561]

Hi,

I have a .odesign file where I have 4 diagrams defined under one view point. Now, I want to have separate viewpoints for individual diagrams and one super viewpoint that have all the diagrams.

Steps:
1. I have created all 4 diagrams in one viewpoint1.
2. Created another viewpoint (viewpoint2) and imported diagram from viewpoint1.
3. Followed step 2 for remaining diagrams.

Problem:
I can see that the diagram is imported from viewpoint1 into other viewpoints in .odesign file but, when I am creating a new modeling project, new model, selecting the viewpoint2 (that contains the imported diagram from viewpoint1). No tools are being shown in the palette.
Is it a bug? All the tools that were created for that specific diagram should be available here in the palette.

Hello,

On the viewpoint, where you want to load a diagram description from another viewpoint file, you first need to select the contextual action "Load resource" and load the .odesign file you are interested in. Then, on your current viewpoint, you add a "Diagram import" (from the contextual menu "New Import"). From this element, on the General tab of the properties view, you will find a field "Imported diagram" where you will be able to select the diagram description from the other file (because it was loaded).
