Same DirectEditingFeature for multiple Patterns

In my Eclipse Graphiti project based on the template Plug-in with a Graphiti Editor, I have several Patterns
with which I want to use the same DirectEditingFeature (instead of repeating the same code in each pattern).
Can someone help me my tests that did not work.
I access the constructor of the DirectEditingFeature well but not the other methods.
I also did not find a simple example for this way of doing things.

can you provide more details an whát is is working or which errors you got? Otherwise I'm afraid I'm not able to help.
