IN-CSE is not showing Annc resources (Which are announced by MN-CSE) [message #1775077]

Hello,

I have created one IPE-AE registers SDT moduleClasses as OSGI Services in MN-CSE. These ModuleClasses and Devices are announced in IN-CSE.

Another Eclipse Plug in added as a IN-CSE product in IN-CSE. This Eclipse Plug in getting "core.CSEServices" but in side the localhost I can not see the SDT_IPE_Annc , DEVICE_0..N_Annc and same as modules.

(In side the org.eclipse.om2m\org.eclipse.om2m.site.mn-cse\configurations\services.sdt.ipe file i changed announcement.enabled false to true)

As this same set up inside the Linux environment it is showing the SDT_IPE_Annc as well as modules and devices.
