Specification of a menu icon URI in the Application Model Handled Menu Item form does not work for me. I specified a valid path to an icon named window.ico located in an external plugin and got the red (not found) graphic. I changed the name to new_window.ico and it worked fine. In another handled menu item, I specified communication.ico, also resident in the external plugin, and got the red graphic. Renaming the file had no effect and I was not able to set an icon for the menu item. What am I missing?

Also, tried using the Menu Item Icon Search dialog obtained via the Find... button to the right of the Icon URI field but could not get any response from the dialog and couldn't find any help for this guy. How is this used?
