I would like to thank the Epsilon developers for their great tool. As part of my Ph.D. project, I have used the Epsilon to develop a model-level debugger for Papyrus-RT. While I was a new to the modeling tools, I could use Epsilon easily, and my few questions in Epsilon forum answered well and quickly.

All of my code with Epsilon and related tools are publicly available here. The script provides different facilities to analyze and transform UML-RT model.

For whom may be interested, the following paper discusses how we use model transformation to address the debugging of UML-RT at model-level.
