Hi,
all our projects are versioned.

but there is a language.settings.xml that changes each time in each workspace.

inside it , there is a env-hash variable that is changing and thus , each time, we need to check it in.

what is this file ? do we need it for versioning ????

I'm struggling with this too. It seems on my system that, if I install a new tool chain along aside the existing tools, the 'env-hash changes. I don't understand it, but https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/703039/ seems relevant.
