Hi Jim,

You can try eclipse.technology.equinox, which is the group related to P2
and the equinox runtime but I can't guarantee you'll get an answer.
Things seem pretty quiet regarding P2/update problems for some reason. I
think your best bet is to file a bug at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/
against Platform > Runtime > Equinox > P2.
