Java Application Launch Defaults [message #1770869]

For some reason, recently I have not been able to run Java applications. All my code seems correct, no errors, but when i went in to preferences, there are just no launching defaults for eclipse. Im running IDE Mars for Java EE.

It would be a great help if i could get this fixed.
